I've gone to the blues festival the past 3 years and every time it was great.It's great seeing some many people downtown since the area has been dead for so long. During the festival there was so much overflow of people onto the surrounding blocks, the area felt like a real alive city again. Thank you very much for putting the Blues fest on and I really hope you keep an it annual thing.It needs to become a staple of Niagara Falls.

My only complaint about the festival was the tight amount of room on Falls street in front of the stage. With all the people sitting in lawn chairs directly in front of the stage, it makes the sight lines really hard. It feels like the bulk of the people are being squeezed to sides where there are already vendors set up, concrete barriers and all people moving on the side walk. Everyone in my group was a bit irritated and a lot of the people surrounding us were also complaining.A few friends came but turned away after shuffling around but not finding a spot to watch. It seems like a huge waste a room, there would be much more critical mass and a lively crowd if that area was allowed to be freestanding. I know the people with the chairs show up early to get a spot, but it's also unfair to the people who have to stand on the edges to also see the concert.Old Falls street isn't Art Park, there is no elevated seating. During the day a lot of those people just abandoned their chairs leaving a empty hole. This is my only real complaint, like I said before I really enjoyed the festival and I want it to do well.
